Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wine, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your wine is corked or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- 2.Verification
Our sommeliers will review the claim to ensure the quality standard of the producer was not met.
- 3.Return Label
If a return of the physical bottle is required, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once processed, we will ship a replacement bottle or issue a credit to your original payment method.
